CANCELLATION POLICY

WE GET THAT LIFE CAN BE UNPREDICTABLE. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, WE RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT YOU DO SO 12 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SET APPOINTMENT TIME.

OUR POLICY: ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 12 HOURS TO YOUR SET APPT TIME ARE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE. THE FEE WILL AMOUNT TO 50% OF YOUR RESERVED SERVICES. NO SHOWS ARE WILL BE CHARGED A FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF 100% OF THEIR RESERVED SERVICES. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPT, WE MAY NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOU. WE WILL DO OUR ABSOLUTE BEST TO GET YOU IN AT A TIME THAT IS CONVENIENT TO YOUR SCHEDULE.
